• Build and oversee HR team to support 1,000+ team members in the future
• Recruit enough employees who fit with our culture and skill requirement
• Manage labor contract, salary, compensation, social insurance for employees
• Build performance management systems and improvement system
• Build employee orientation, development, and training program
• Engage employee success of whole company
