• Plan and prepare educational campaign to increase sales of products or services.
• Prepare all educational materials.
• Coordinate with educators to conduct training classes all over the country to achieve organizational goals.
• Confer with clients to provide marketing or technical advice.
• Report to Moroccanoil Regional Education Manager and Marketing Manager.
• Prepare budgets and submit estimates for program costs as part of campaign plan development.
• Identify, develop, or evaluate education strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
• Coordinate or participate in promotional activities or trade shows.
• Work together with the marketing team, agencies to create relevant content for en effective campaign to salons.
• Manage and monitor all marketing materials to utilize branding exposure in salons.
• Assist with annual budget development.

• An understanding of basic marketing fundamentals
• Good communication skills both orally and in writing.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good IT skills: Microsoft Offices is a must and use of Abode Illustrator, video editing is a plus.
