A. Main tasks
• Buying, following up purchase orders, controlling purchasing planning and shipping schedules;
• Negotiating Incoterm with suppliers, managing purchasing cost;
• Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation;
• Ensuring that all procured items meet the required lead time, quality standards and specifications;
• Handling suppliers account for ensure the supply chain;
B. Extra tasks
• Working to improve purchasing systems and processes;

Yêu cầu công việc

• Graduated from Colleges or The University with the major such as International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Trade;
• At least 2 years working experience in purchasing, sourcing or supply chain managements;
• Have good skill in time management, negotiating, systematic and accurate working;
• Ability to work independently, Team working, have a high sense of responsibility;
• Language proficiency: Good at English;
• Priority experienced in electronic materials;
