Mô tả công việc

1. Consulting for English programs and sales activities
• Plan, organize and conduct student recruitment activities
• Introduce Yippee’s programs, clarify customers’ needs, give pre-consultations and get students’ information
• Answer timely and actively all inquiries from potential customers on social media and telephone
• Arrange placement tests and deliver programs / course consultations
• Sign up students and arrange payment for courses
• Receive customer payments and hand over cash balance and documents to cashier/Accounting Department
• Arrange appropriate class for students
• Achieve personal target
2. Customer Service
• Handle customer’s feedback and requests
• Update waiting lists and follow up booking lists
• Provide “wow” customer service and follow up for cross-selling/re-enrollment
• Assist in organizing extra-curricular activities
3. Other student service and administration tasks and as assigned by Principal

• University/College degree
