Mô tả công việc
- Analysis of the situation at the customer site (machine, product, tools, lot size, etc.)
- Develop a solution with standard tools or custom solutions to meet the customer requirements and present it to the customer
- Select standard tools or design custom solutions
- Select cutting parameters and propose machining strategies
- Managing a project list. All tests are entered, regularly updated, and bi-weekly distributed
- Write up an investigation report, develop and propose a solution
- Discuss further steps together with the customer (issue credit note, replace tool, advice another tool, change process parameters, etc.)
- Present tool portfolio to customers, assist sales reps
- Conduct product training for members and customers
- Hold seminars at customers and other events such as trade shows
- Provide customer support such as tool and process parameter recommendations

- Salary: $1000 – $1500, depends on candidate’s interview

Yêu cầu công việc
- Mechanical degree or related majors
- At least 2 years of experience in applying threading tools and endmills, CAD/CAM knowledge, 5-axis programming experience desired
- Trained machinist or engineer with a background in automotive, aerospace or similar industrial fields
- Have the ability to promote products of high quality and high price
- Fluent in English
