• Manage and controls all activities in account receivable function
• Make sure billing process follows company regulations
• Make sure revenue recording correctly
• Rental contract management
• Issue VAT invoices
• Reconcile debts with customers, follow up the overdue debts
• Corporate with other department (Marketing, Front Office, …) to problem solving under responsibility
• Customer service in accounting issues
• Reconcile bank/cash receipt, check commission fee for agencies
• Other tasks assign by Manager / Team Leader
• Filing documents

Yêu cầu công việc

• University qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Auditing;
• Minimum of 2 years in Accounting working or in Audit firm;
• Experience in Hospitality, Office Rental is a plus
• Fluent in English;
• Understanding in Vietnamese Tax system;
• SAP experienced is preferred
• Well-organized, honest and highly committed;
• Have analytical skills and attentive to details
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
