Commercial & Finance Analyst

-Monitor and manage all GL of A&P (including spend / accrual and claim) into A&P App.
-Be responsible for all A&P contracts management, for all channels and all BUs under Alchemy Asia.
-Be responsible for interpretation of monthly A&P report to Brand Principles (BP) and internal management team.
-Filing & keep track for all A&P papers/ docx for future audit (by external BP and internal Alchemy Asia).
-Monitor A&P budget for each BP/ A&P return on investment analysis
-Pricebuilds for AAV
-Deliver analysis and insights to drive commercial efficiencies
-Downstream customer trading term performance (On Premise and Off Premise contracts)- create tools to monitor performance, create spreadsheet solutions, provide insights on (in) efficiencies / issues. Be the bridge to Alchemy brand marketing/ brand owners and Alchemy sales.
-Support on Finance analysis and group consolidation
-Automation report and its related application development
-Business process refreshment & internal audit/control
-Other Finance & related work assigned by BoD/ line manager.

-Salary: 25– 30ml upon to the experience
-Bonus

-English: advanced level
-At least 4-5 years of experiences in finance/ accounting. IT Coding experience is advantage
-SAP experience is a plus
-Proven experience in setting up and running analysis systems
-Prefer in FMCG section.
