- Handling and resolving customer complaints
- Obtaining and evaluating all relevant information to handle inquiries about products and services
- Performing customer verifications
- Processing orders, forms, applications and requests
- Organizing workflow to meet customer time frame
- Keeping records about customer interactions and transactions
- Maintaining customer databases and administrative relations
- Handling other duties as assigned

Yêu cầu công việc

- High school degree
- English skills (equivalent to B level or IELTS 5.5)
- MS Office Applications (equivalent to A level)
