Mô tả công việc
- Receive customer requests and orders via Email, WhatsApp,….send quotation/other related documents, negotiate content related to the order.
- Receiving purchase needs from foreign partners.
- Monitor and update market trends and new products to give reasonable advice to customers.
- Follow up, review the order delivery, coordinate with the departments at the factory to deliver the goods according to the plan.
- Receive and process customer requests, ensure a good customer experience with services and products.
- Support and communicate with other Departments/Departments in arranging and checking the payment, insurance, freight forwarding to ensure the work progress.
- Reporting directly to the Director.
- Details will be discussed in detail in the interview.

- Fluent in English, listening, speaking, reading and writing is an advantage.
- Preference will be given to candidates with 1-2 years or more in the equivalent position.
- Priority is given to candidates who are passionate about agriculture and have an understanding of import and export.
- Hardworking, careful, with high responsibility in work.
- Resistant to high pressure at work.
- Proficient in MS office, especially Excel, PowerPoint...
