Mô tả công việc
1. Quotation & Sales
- Receive and analyze tour requests from B2B clients.
- Design tailored itineraries and prepare competitive quotations using internal tools and supplier networks.
- Follow up proactively on sent quotations to convert inquiries into bookings.
- Maintain accurate sales records and client communications in the system.
2. Booking Management
- Handle bookings end-to-end, including reservations of accommodation, transport, guides, and activities.
- Liaise with internal departments (operations, reservations, products) to ensure service delivery meets expectations.
- Monitor booking confirmations and troubleshoot any service-related issues.
3. Client Relationship
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned B2B clients.
- Provide timely, professional, and solution-oriented communication to partners.
- Update clients with new products, promotions, or destination changes.
4. Market Understanding & Coordination
- Keep up-to-date with the travel trends and expectations of the assigned markets.
- Work closely with the Business Development and Product – Marketing teams to improve offerings and competitiveness.
- Attend B2B travel events or client meetings when required.

*Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related fields.
- Experience:
+ Minimum 2 years of experience in inbound travel sales, preferably with exposure to Australian, European or North American markets.
+ Experience in FIT, GIT, or tailor-made tour handling is highly preferred.
*Skills & Competencies
- Excellent written and spoken English (required); other European languages (French, German, Spanish) are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese, Laos and Cambodia tourism products, destinations, and logistics.
- Customer-centric mindset with a consultative sales approach.
- Good organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems (Tourplan, TravelMaster, Galileo, etc.) and CRM tools is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint).
- Sensible & logical communication skills.
*KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
- Quotation-to-booking conversion rate
- Booking accuracy and client satisfaction rate
- Revenue generated per client/region
- Response time to inquiries
- Repeat business and client retention rate
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related fields.
