- Managing the company's network/server system.
- Handling problems related to computers, software, network equipment, transmission lines in the company.
- Identify, diagnose, and solve problems for users of personal computers, computer software and hardware, networks, and the Internet within the company.
- Provide end-user installation and configuration support for desktop hardware, software and peripherals, printers, phones, .
