Mô tả công việc
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Take care of client by social media channels (Phone, email, chatting, …).
- Resolving about trading issues, by specialized knowledge, understand our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Setting customer satisfaction targets and working with the team to meet targets consistently.
- Interacting with customers daily by checking and answering their questions and directing them to the appropriate service for their needs.
- Creating customer loyalty care to increase revenue and improve client retention.
- Establishing & managing customer service policies and procedures, clearly understand all CS’s procedure.
- Staying updated on developments in the customer services field, beside that research about the opponent’s client service.
- Clearly knowing, updating and processing orders, forms, applications, and requests and other procedure.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times of whole team.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Participate and support company event, closely work with other departments to brand company.
- Translation if needed.
- Report to BOD team, CS Manager, HR about team’s situation, working performance.
- Other tasks from BOD team, CS Manager, HR.

- Good at English, fluently is a plus.
- Experienced with any jobs but at least 6 months (Accepted students who are waiting for graduation).
- Honest and careful, good work attitude.
- Have a progressive spirit, eager to learn, positive mindset.
- Under 26 years old (<1997).
