• Help us to build the best online cosmetic shop in Vietnam
• Become a key member of the Senior Executive team
• Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy for the brands that the company distributes
• Overseeing marketing campaigns, tracking the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the executive team
• Develop engagement plans to enhance relationship and partnership with KOL, Influencers for the brands
• Help lead the development, content creation across all the social media communication
• Set up and manage e-commerce sales channels - marketplaces, website, and others online sales channels
• Create effective social media communication (Zalo, Facebook, Instagram,...) to directly or indirectly support sales
• Oversee deployment of digital marketing activities to go along with the offline marketing activities
• Design data-driven organization and build an efficient executive team
• Test the new products, analyze market potential - Yes, that also means free product samples of cool brands from all over the world. Be the first person in Vietnam to test them and decide which to import and sell

• Fix Salary: from USD 1,000 (depending on experience)

Yêu cầu công việc

• Want to learn new things and grow personally and professionally.
• Experiences with e-commerce marketplaces channels such as Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, Sendo or other is mandatory.
• Degree in Marketing, Management, Business, Commerce, Logistics, Trading or IT.
• Nice to have: Experience in social media management or blogging, vlogging, beauty, healthcare, influencer or other proven results would be a great advantage.
• And Experience in Retail, FMCG, Cosmetics, Beauty or Personal Care products
