Mô tả công việc
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and potential opportunities.
Collaborate with the product development team to understand product features, benefits, and unique selling points.
Develop product positioning and messaging to effectively communicate the value proposition to the target audience.
Oversee the implementation of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media marketing, SEO, and SEM, to drive online traffic and generate leads.
Monitor digital marketing metrics and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
Create engaging and persuasive marketing content, including product descriptions, blog posts, videos, and infographics.
Develop marketing collateral such as brochures, sales presentations, and product guides to support sales teams and promotional activities.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
Develop brand guidelines and ensure adherence to brand standards in all marketing communications.
Plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, and product launches to showcase the company's products and build relationships with customers and partners.
Manage media relations, including press releases, media inquiries, and interviews.
Build and maintain relationships with relevant media outlets to secure media coverage.
Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal allocation of resources.
Lead and motivate the marketing team, providing guidance and support in executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives.
Track and analyze marketing metrics and performance to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Provide regular reports and insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
Other tasks as assigned by the BOD.

More 3year+ relative industry experience
Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the Wi-Fi devices, cameras, or information technology industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
Proficiency in marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making.
Leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide the marketing team.
