Mô tả công việc

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Specialist located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including communication, market research, sales, marketing strategy, and customer service.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the implementation of creative designs for marketing campaigns (20%) – This includes social media posts, minigames, in-app banners, and more. You'll work closely with the marketing team to ensure all designs are effective and on-brand.
Design banners, thumbnails, and other visuals for eCommerce campaigns (20%) – Your creativity will be instrumental in grabbing attention and driving sales on our eCommerce platforms.
Develop key visuals, banners, standees, leaflets, and other design elements for Imou events (workshops, coffee talks, year-end parties, etc.) (20%) – You'll be responsible for the entire design process, ensuring all materials are visually appealing and align with the event's theme.
Manage video content creation (15%) – This includes tasks like adding Vietnamese subtitles, video editing (cutting, etc.) using basic tools like CapCut and Premiere Pro, and managing livestream sessions.
Design offline marketing materials (20%) – You'll create POS materials (posters, leaflets, catalogs), showcase designs, lightbox graphics, and more.
Assist with other marketing tasks as assigned by superiors (5%)
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in market research and analysis
Strong sales and marketing strategy capabilities
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
3+ years of experience as a Marketing Specialist
Quick learner with a proactive and self-motivated attitude
Honest, adaptable, and highly responsible
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Quyền lợi được hưởng

Salary: 800usd-1500usd negotiable + bonus.
Quarterly/Annually bonus, Project bonus
Company trips: 1 per year.
