Mô tả công việc

 Respond and resolve customer inquiries, requests and concerns using phone, email, chat and social media quickly and effectively
 Ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support from start-to-finish
 Escalate critical issues to the appropriate internal team
 Ability to multitask between various systems provided by the company.
 Reviewing accounts for general approval, and ensuring that the requirements are met
 Working in line with the rules of compliance, and preventing money laundering and terrorist funding
 Increase customer satisfaction through providing friendly and professional customer support
 Become an expert on the company services for our customers in Vietnam
 Provide feedbacks to the company to advocate for our customers in Vietnam
 Be part of team which spearheads the company’s Vietnamese Customer Care team locally in Vietnam

Salary: USD 800 – 1,000
Working time: Mon – Fri, from 9AM to 6 PM

Yêu cầu công việc

 1-3 years of Relevant experience
 Vietnamese as mother tongue - MUST
 Proficiency in English communication (verbal & writing),
 Service-oriented mind, pleasant, and verbal
 Detail-oriented
 Multi-tasker and quick learner
 Able to work under pressure with time constraint
 Working time: Mon – Fri, from 9AM to 6 PM
