Mô tả công việc

-Managing customers' queries on email channels; social media; payment portals; phone relating to orders placement, products, payments, fulfillment & logistic.
-Knowing in-depth of the company's products including products' features, materials; different platforms' T&C, policies; the company's operation and procedure of fulfillment, and logistics; to answer customers' questions correctly.
-Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
-Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
-Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
-Coordinating with other Departments to resolve any issues that occurred with order placement to maintain quality of service and keep the products & services timely delivered to the customer as promised in Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy & other Policies.
-Pro-actively contact customers who dispute charges regarding their orders, resolving disputed cases on Payment Portals before due dates to ensure revenue conservation and reverse held revenue on relevant orders.
-Follow the Company's communication and operation procedures, guidelines and policies
-Reporting directly to the CSM on any timed basics

Yêu cầu công việc

-Have experience as Customer Service or similar role at least 6 months
-Effective skills in English: Email Writing, Speaking, General Communication
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
-Other: Negotiation, Time Management, Team work
-Certification: Bachelor Degree
-Characters: Honest, agile, thoughtful, detail-oriented
