Mô tả công việc

 Plan and implement projects.
 Help define project scope, goals and deliverables.
 Define tasks and required resources.
 Allocate project resources.
 Create schedule and project timeline.
 Track deliverables.
 Support and direct team.
 Monitor and report on project progress.
 Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions.
 Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs.
 Evaluate and assess result of project.

Yêu cầu công việc

 Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering or related field.
 At least 3+ years of software engineering, systems engineering or similar experience, in addition to 1+ year(s) of project management experience in IT/Software industry.
 Knowledge of techniques and project management tools.
 Ability to effectively present and report project status to high-level management.
 Ability to work with cross-functional and distributed development teams.
 Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management.
 Excellent ability to work under pressure, excellent communication skills, teamwork, leadership, high adaptability, self-motivation, and able to inspire others.
 Advanced English (fluent preferable). Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
