- Record information and manage customer related data
- Cashier operations: bill, cashier, daily report
- Receive and answer questions, complaints / suggestions from customers about spa services
- Listen to internal and external phone calls to spa
- Other jobs under the direction of the Manager.
- Summary of sales situation, customer information by day.
- Report and hand over daily / weekly / monthly work to the manager.
