Mô tả công việc

- Organize periodical SR / SEL tests for assigned students
- Analyze SR / SEL test results
- Set specific reading skill goals based on SR / SEL test results
- Establish a reading plan to achieve set goals
- Provide assigned students with assistance to achieve set goals
- Communicate with parents & students to facilitate reading coaching
- Support other library students on site. Apart from being responsible for assigned students, reading mentors will also support other students who come to the library. Support tasks might include:
- Welcome students
- Help students to choose books at according to their interest and level
- Provide library guidelines

Yêu cầu công việc

• Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree
- English Proficiency Certificate: Must have IELTS 8.0 or equivalent.
• Experiences
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience
• Skills & qualities
- IT: Efficient exposure to MS Office, Google Suite, mobile & tablet application.
- Love for reading & books, resourcefulness, determination, sense of responsibility, love for children, interest in learning, teamwork, communication, critical thinking, adaptability, etc.
• Other requirements:
- Committed to work in the evening and on the weekend
- Tentative working hours (43 hours / week)
