Mô tả công việc
• Calculate fees (MMF, EW…), issue and mail Payment Notices, Invoices to customers
• Follow up outstanding, coordinate with related teams to resolve collections, answer AR’s inquiries.
• Update and post customer payments and revenues
• Maintain proper accounts records and related reports
• Other assigned tasks (payments, post account transactions to assist General Accountant in month-end closing)
• Assist in handling day-to-day arisen problems

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Accounting/ Finance.
• Have 2-year accounting experience.
• Proficient at MS Excel, experience with accounting software.
• TOEIC: at least 650 or IELTS: at least 5.5
• Good knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standard, Tax and Legal Regulations.
SKILL SET:
• Good customer service and problem solving skills
• Ability to communicate articulately and efficiently
• Self-motivated, detail & results oriented.
• Good at team work and time management skill.
