Sales Specialist

Main tasks
● Reaching potential or existing customers to inform about a service and arranging meetings
● Answering questions/introduce customer about our solutions/services and the value for their company
● Asking questions to get to know customer requirements/qualify the potential and set up meeting for technical & sales team
● Research new companies contacts and built your database

Responsibilities
● Contact potential customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
● Answer questions about products or the company
● Ask questions to understand customer requirements and set up meetings
● Direct prospects to the field sales & technical team when needed
● Enter and update customer information in the database
● Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Requirements
● Experienced in sales/customer service role

● Good communication and interpersonal skills
● Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
● High school diploma or college degree is a plus
