Mô tả công việc
A. Programme Finance and Accounting
1. Check accounting documents for assigned programmes to ensure compliance, accuracy, and proper authorization.
2. Process payment vouchers with appropriate coding and ensure accurate data entry into the accounting system.
3. Reconcile bank accounts monthly to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
4. Process all inter-account bank transfers efficiently and accurately.
5. Maintain and update accounting records for programmes, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and on time.
B. Budgeting and Financial Planning
1. Participate in the development, consolidation, and review of annual and programme budgets.
2. Process fund requisitions and manage fund allocations based on donor or source requirements.
3. Monitor expenditure allocations to ensure alignment with programme goals and donor budgets.
4. Provide financial data and analysis to support management review and decision-making.
C. Financial Reporting and Donor Management
1. Prepare periodic financial reports and year-end financial statements in accordance with CNCF and donor requirements.
2. Develop and maintain a donor database to track funding sources, restrictions, and reporting timelines.
3. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with CNCF and donor regulations.
D. Audit, Compliance, and Internal Controls
1. Liaise with internal and external auditors, prepare schedules, and provide supporting documentation as required.
2. Address audit findings and implement corrective actions in a timely manner.
3. Ensure all books of accounts and documentation conform to sound accounting principles and CNCF internal control standards.
4. Collaborate with the Compliance and Finance teams to ensure proper risk management, financial transparency, and adherence to CNCF policies.
E. Payroll Management:
1. Support monthly payroll processing in coordination with HR/Finance
2.Handle personal income tax (PIT) calculations and finalization
3.Manage social insurance (SI/HI/UI) declarations and reconciliation
4.Ensure compliance with relevant labour and tax regulations
5.Prepare related reports and support audits when required
F. Collaboration and Team Support
1. Work closely with the Group Finance Manager, Finance Officers, and other departments to ensure smooth coordination of all finance-related activities.
2. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to strengthen CNCF’s financial sustainability.
3. Provide guidance and technical support to finance team members when needed.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA qualification preferred).
• 5–7 years’ experience in accounting or financial coordination.
• Experience in international NGOs or similar environments is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards, donor regulations, and tax laws.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• 5–7 years’ experience in accounting or financial coordination.
