Senior System Aministrator

- Design and Develop Electrical Automation Systems:
o Design and implement electrical control systems for industrial automation
applications, including the use of PLCs, Arduino, and HMI systems.
o Develop and test automation systems that optimize productivity, quality,
and safety in manufacturing or production processes.
- PLC and HMI Programming:
o Program PLCs and HMIs for automation control in manufacturing,
processing, and other industrial environments.
o Troubleshoot and debug issues related to PLCs, HMIs, and other
automation hardware and software components.
- Integration and Commissioning of Automation Systems:
o Integrate electrical automation systems with existing plant equipment,
ensuring smooth communication between PLCs, robots, motors, drives,
and other machinery.
o Commission and start-up automation systems, ensuring proper operation
according to system specifications.
- Circuit Design and Control Panel Design:
o Design and develop electrical circuits, including power distribution
circuits, motor control circuits, and sensor integration for automation
systems.
o Design control panels and wiring layouts for automation equipment,
ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Maintenance and Optimization of Automation Systems:
o Perform regular maintenance, upgrades, and optimizations on existing
electrical automation systems to enhance performance, reduce energy
consumption, and ensure long-term reliability.
o Provide recommendations for improvements or cost-saving measures in
automation systems.
- Project Management and Documentation:
o Manage automation projects from design through to completion, ensuring
timelines, budgets, and technical specifications are met.
o Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including circuit
diagrams, wiring diagrams, schematics, and user manuals.
- Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of system engineers.
o Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
o Utilize Agile methodologies (e.g., Taiga) for project management.

- Knowledge and Experience:
o 3+ years in electrical engineering or a related field.
o Knowledge of Automation Systems Design, PLC & HMI Programming, and
Control Systems & Circuit Design, Instrumentation & Sensors, and Power
Distribution & Protection.
- Technical Skills:
o Strong proficiency PLC and Arduino programing.
o Expertise in AutoCAD, 3D designs.
o Familiarity with Home Assistant.
o Proficient in PCB design, Power distribution.
o Understanding of network and Wi-Fi infrastructure.
o Experience with Documentation & Schematics.
- Soft Skills:
o Problem-Solving; Communication; Leadership and Mentorship
Preferred Qualifications:
o Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
o Contributions to open-source projects.
