Mô tả công việc
• Lead groups of up to 20 students through curriculum-guided activities;
• Instruct and monitor students in the use of learning materials and equipment;
• Manage student behavior in the classroom by establishing and enforcing rules and procedures;
• Maintain discipline in accordance with the rules and disciplinary systems of Snapology;
• Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students and use information to adjust teaching strategies;
• Prepares for each session using the materials provided and additional materials as appropriate
• participating in face-to-face training sessions;
• Handle inquiries from parents regarding Snapology programs;
• Encourage students & parents to enroll students in future Snapology programs;
• Participate in periodic Snapology training & staff meetings

Yêu cầu công việc
• Experience working with children in a classroom or camp environment
• Education degree or students pursuing a degree in education or a similar filed is recommended
• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Proven ability to report to work on a regular and punctual basis
• Criminal Clearances and Child Protection will be required
