1. Classroom Management
- Support teachers in class/during the course
- Assist students in class/during the course
- Control and take care of students in class
- Fulfill admin tasks (update ILA Connect, check attendance, assign and mark homework, etc...)
- Course Administration
2. Update students with course progress information
- Check students’ attendance daily
- Prepare students for exams, Cambridge
- Report any incidents or problems to RS/OS
- Learning and Development·
- Attend meeting as requested
- Attend Workshop and Training as requested
3. Customer Care
- Report students’ progress - results (monthly), call parents for absent students
- Support in delivering letters, notice and receive feedback from parents and support in handling requests and complaints
- Tutor weak students as requested
- Support Events (care events, enrichment, …)
4. Others
- Support Centre when requested

- Salary: 35K/h (annual scale raise based on performance), incentive and bonus per month for re-enrolled achievement
- Support internship verification
- Working in professional environment
- Social events, Christmas, year-end party

- Current university students from the 2nd year above
- Understanding of English Language Teaching
- A desire to work with young learners from 3 to 16 years old
- Good communication skills with foreigners (100 % English-speaking environment)
Be flexible with the ILA timetable. (Weekday: Tue/Thu or Wed/Fri 5pm-9.45pm; Weekend: 7am-7pm).
