Mô tả công việc

• Office Management
+ Take care and ownership on accommodation, working station, telephone system including contact list of staff and partners, facilities such as : photocopier, projector, ...
+ Take care on hygiene of office and office activities
• Administration duties implementation
+ Courier services (local & oversea)
+ Ensure monthly office payments on time to suppliers as : electricity, drinking water, parking, internet & tel fees, stationery, cleaner, photocopy fee
+ Travel support : ticket, hotel, transportation > get quotations, booking, following/checking on payment
and support on monthly expense claims.
+ Support to other office department : flower for opening stores, gift & flowers to KOL, gifts to partners, ....
+ Carry out/doing/collecting & coordinating with lawyer office on signing and stamp all docs of all depts
+ Take responsibility on booking transport as grab/247/ahamove in couriers and goods delivery and follow course of dispatch.
• Supporting new door opening (devices/ops facilities/…)
• Stores support management (claim, store facility purchase ….)
+ Support to Retail operation : buying all stationary, drinking water, equipment and goods delivery for store and event sales on time; coordinating/supporting b/w IT issues, .....
• Supplier management - Office cost controlling (accommodation, transportation, stationery, ….)
• Petty cash management
+ Maintain and record of expenses through correct petty cash in daily operation of office and store.
+ Process expense claims according to management approval

Yêu cầu công việc

• Diploma/ Degree in Business and/or relevant experience in retail industry
• Having at least 3 years of experience in related tasks/assignment
• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent interpersonal, planning and organization skills to multi-task in a fast pace environment
• Positive work attitude and able to work under pressure, and proactive in work process
• Meticulous and good communication skills & report-writing skill
• Good English in reading & writing skills
