Mô tả công việc
1. Administration
- Attendance management.
- Collect and check timekeeping of teachers and employees.
- Implement office operation and administration tasks
- Prepare document on opening new branches
- Facilities management.
- Purchasing facilities / items for company.
- Implement inventory / facilities.
- Manage cleaners in office and responsible for sanitation.
- Handle logistic for employee such as accommodation, air ticket, travel, car booking etc.,
- Providing logistic support applying or renewing work permit, residence card and business visa for expats, accommodation for expats, receiving customers/ candidate, working place for new employee.
- Logistics arrangement for all company events/ parties/ meetings/ trainings.
- Coordinating with accounting department for payment arrangement to all admin suppliers.
- Prepare regular report on expense and office budget.
- Other duties assigned by Manager.
2. Recruitment
- Joining in recruitment activities as per assignment from Manager.
