Mô tả công việc
- Supervise, assign the daily repair job to technicians
- Evaluate technicians skill & carry out training if needed
- Settle customer complaints regarding repair quality of technicians
- Develop, maintain & ensure work instructions for repair job
- Support the technical aspects to technicians when needed
- Maintain legible and accurate paperwork for all repair cases
- Responsible for final inspection of repair process before hands-over to customer
- Ensure the housekeeping for service station
- Other jobs as assigned by Manager

- Engineer degree holding on automative field or related
- Cert on routine maintenance and repair vehicles
- With valid car/microbus/light truck driving license.
- 5 years experience in Automative service
- English communication
- After sales service experience prefered
