Mô tả công việc
a. Consult, introduce, and provide information about Kways via phone/video based on the specific needs of potential customers.
b. Understand customer concerns to provide information, helping them see how deploying Kways aligns with their actual business needs.
c. Track and encourage the decision-making process when customers purchase or upgrade services.
d. Clarify and address customer inquiries during the purchasing decision process or related to sales policies.
e. Maintain customer relationships after the sale.
● Proactively search for and build a list of potential customers and explore sales opportunities.
● Continuously improve by learning and refining work methods, processes, the information provided, and relevant product features in collaboration with other departments in the company.

● At least 2 years of experience in roles such as Sales, Telemarketing, Customer Consulting, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management.
● Previous experience working at a startup (especially in the Technology sector).
● Experience working with business clients (B2B).
● Experience in selling SaaS (Software as a Service) products.
● Confident, proactive, energetic, honest, and patient.
● Clear and pleasant voice without stuttering.
● Strong communication skills.
● Strong persuasion skills.
● Good problem-solving skills.
● Presentation skills.
● Graduated from college or higher.
