Cashew Kernel Purchase Manager

• Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies to optimize costs while ensuring quality of materials and services.
• Manage the procurement process, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, negotiating contracts, and processing purchase orders.
• Monitor supplier performance and develop relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that arise.
• Support the procurement team in conducting market research and identifying potential new suppliers.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management in cashew kernels.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices, including sourcing strategies, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Accept go to business trip outside Ho Chi Minh
