Mô tả công việc
- Take care of office operations, including facilities management, equipment fixing, asset control, office cleaning, office fit out and renovation.
- Managing office supplies, requesting purchase orders and budget management
- Deal with Social Insurance
- Propose, manage health insurance programs, and support employee in insurance claiming
- Propose and manage other employees’ welfare like team building, company trips, gifts, etc.
- Support (Perform quarterly and annual employee performance reviews)
- Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status
- Respond to employees’ queries and resolve issue in a timely and professional manner
- Manage and support company events like YEP, Trip, Health Check, etc. These include contacting 3rd parties

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or a relevant field
- A minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation/ payroll processes/ social insurance
- Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access)
- Strong organizational skills, good customer service mindset
- Good multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Solid problem-solving and team management abilities
- Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access)
- A minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in a similar role
