Mô tả công việc

Identify, approach, and establish relationships with potential distributors, dealers, and partners in Ho Chi Minh City and Southern provinces.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
Market Expansion:
Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate the Southern Vietnam market effectively.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive dynamics.
Sales Management:
Set and achieve sales targets for the Southern region.
Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations to partners and clients.
Strategic Planning:
Work closely with the head office to align regional strategies with overall business objectives.
Provide insights and recommendations for improving sales processes and partner engagement.
Training and Support:
Offer product training and ongoing support to partners to ensure they are equipped to represent the brand effectively.
Reporting and Analysis:
Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to management.
Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Location: Ho Chi Minh City & Southern Vietnam

Yêu cầu công việc

Over 3 years of experience in the CCTV or security solutions industry.
Strong background in working with distributors and managing partner relationships.
Skills:
Sales Management, Client Relationship Building, and Sales Strategy Development skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of technologies like artificial intelligence and blockchain is a plus.
Workplace:
Based in Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi, with flexibility to travel extensively across Southern Vietnam.
Preferred Qualifications:
Male candidates under 35 years old.
Proficiency in English or Chinese is strongly preferred.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
