· Communicate with customers to receive inquiries for transport, warehouse, distribution service.
· Supervise and coordinate unloading of inbound/outbound shipments.
· Verify required warehouse paperwork with drivers, ensuring that all products are properly counted.
· Ensure that the work schedules are correctly implemented and that jobs are effectively assigned.
· Conduct operation in line with SOPs, work instructions.
· Input data and assure the matching between system and physical inventories
· Comply with the safety environment policy and company regulations.
· Seek and assist in process improvement and operation cost saving
· Assist warehouse supervisor and warehouse manager in others task to achieve excellent operation.
· Send invoices and shipments documents to request payment from customers
· Complete all necessary records and reports in a timely and accurate and prepared related document.
· Proper safety training, recording of incidents and ongoing improvement of processes and arrangements to minimize any harm to own and subcontracted employees.
· Cleaning items with proper method guided.
· Trouble shooting on Pump, hydraulic wrench, and tensioner F
· Repair for simple damage
· Oil filling & remove from items
· Trouble shooting remote control of pump, control panel, turner gear or electric cable etc.
· Simple repair of above items when items were damaged.

. Graduated from college, university
. Min 1 year of experience in a similar role
· Knowledge of warehouse operation, distribution.
· Basic knowledge of Hydraulic and Electric items is essential for ensuring proper checking and inspection.
· WMS, SAP knowledge is a plus.
· English communication, especially in written.
. MS Office skills.
