Mô tả công việc

- Analyze calling and payment result to know about customer’s behaviour and collection possibilities
- Provide timely and accurate analysis collection results as requested
- Suggest collection strategy based on analysis collection results
- Raise suggestions for UND, Risk to adjust appraisal process, credit policy based on analysis collection results
- Send warning to collection management levels when discovering misbehaviours of collectors in term of fake reports, unclaimed payment, other kinds of cheating…
- Bonus scheme, target setting and headcount planning

Yêu cầu công việc

- Background: Bachelor‘s degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Sciences, IT, Banking, Finance, or related major.
- At least 1 - 2 of experience in a Banking/Finance environment managing collections strategies for an unsecured loans portfolio.
Experience:
At Least 02 years working as :
- Experience in MIS, risk analysis/ data analysis, retail reporting, statistics at banking or consumer financial companies.
- Analytical skill (SQL)
- Be able to work under high pressure
- English: Intermediate level
- Good at computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint...)
