Cost Accountant

- Create new vendors/items/menu on daily basis as approved requests.
- Updating purchase price/selling price into system while supervising the history of prices and similarly replaceable items.
- Check internal transfer forms to ensure all documents are approved by authorized signatories and posting transfer orders to system.
- Checking PO documents after they are posted into the system by Receiving, to ensure all transactions are accounted for and are supported with appropriate documentation.
- Calculating the cost of recipes/retail items; reviewing menu/retail costs from time to time due to changes of purchase prices and new raw materials.
- Alerting the over/under-stock based on approved par stocks.
- Reviewing slow moving items; transferring items among locations to solve slow stocks.
- Stocktaking on a monthly basis.
- Reconciling record quantity and the quantity arrived from physical counting.
- Other Inventory reports (Spoilage, lost…).
- Perform other duties assigned by the superior.

- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- Minimum of 1 year of accounting/finance experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Inventory.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word. Accounting system (Sun, MC, Symphony) experience is preferred.
- Prior hotel experience preferred.
- Intermediate English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing).
