Mô tả công việc

- Provide Leadership, Management and Coaching to domestic sales team
- Manage all domestic sales activities
- Manage Sales Revenue for domestic market
- Provide monthly sales forecast
- Submit monthly sales activities report
- Develop and implement sales strategy for domestic market
- Manage and provide approved price quote
- Raise request for special price approval
- Ensure payment collection
- Manage sales negotiation and contracts of customers
- Overall take charge of domestic sales and project pipeline management
- Focused customer analysis and characterization
- Maintain Key Customer relationships
- Supervise sales team to conduct sales activities including sales presentations, product trials and training to local customers
- Report market feedback, customer and competition intelligence
- Identify new business growth opportunities
- Develop sales training program and product presentation tools
- Provide Pricing recommendation
- Support and manage other specific sales related tasks upon request
