Mô tả công việc
- Record daily transactions (banking/cash) into the accounting system (MISA software) and ensure its accuracy
Perform weekly cash/banking mediation
- Calculate PIT quarterly / annually and submit reports to the Tax Department
- Review and reconcile general ledger accounts for the month and prepare year-end financial statements for audit purposes
- Responsible for all mandatory statistical reports
- Work with banks, tax authorities, and authorities
- Manage account inventory, responsible for year-end inventory finalization report
- Carry out administrations of all claims related to Social insurance (Sick leave, maternity leave, or personal accident…) and follow up on each claim to ensure payment is received accordingly.
- Complete termination process and SI book procedure for leaving staff.
- All other related accounting & financial issues and tasks

Quyền lợi được hưởng
- Salary: $700 – $900, depends on candidates experiences and qualification

- From graduated in major Accounting/Finance
- At least 1-year experience working for manufacturing companies ( garment company is an advantage)
- English communication skills (reading, writing)
- High responsibility, can work independent & under pressure
- Well-organized, hardworking, and able to work effectively under pressure to meet a deadline and to handle multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
