- Drive country and business P & L to achieve annual commercial revenue and profitability goals.
- Work with the senior leadership team to develop, coordinate and implement short and long term business strategy across GBUs to meet two key goals: achieve or expand market leadership in key customer segments and become the treatment “reference” partner for physicians and patients.
- Identify growth opportunities (in terms of products, customer segments, regions) and propose and implement investment plans.
- Set strategic direction with distributor partners in Vietnam for effective execution of Marketing strategies for identified therapies, new territorial entry and new product introduction.
- Drive government/regulatory activities to speed portfolio expansion and reimbursement activities. More specifically, work with the regional, global and country functions to develop and implement effective reimbursement strategies that increase patient coverage and reward innovation/breakthrough products.
- Interact with GBU in region to communicate market conditions, strategies and needs and effective leverage and adopt best worldwide practices and tools.
- Actively participate in the selection and development of leadership & organization talent and pipeline to build the best commercial team and lay the “talent pool” foundation for future growth.

- Ensure compliance with government regulations, legal documents, safety and ethical standards, obtaining legal and/or corporate compliance training as required.

- Provide guidance in terms of prioritization, registration, pricing and portfolio management.
- Effectively leverage the matrix organization within and outside the country and provide leadership to functional heads in Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Legal, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, GAPP, Quality and Manufacturing to drive cross-functional synergy and achieve the short and long term business goals.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Business Unit Management/Marketing Management skill set with over 10 years
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to work in a matrix environment
- Outstanding execution ability across multiple business segments and geographic areas
- Fluency in English required.
- 15 - 20 years in senior leadership positions with past experience of successfully leading businesses / teams.
- Degree in Science or Business preferred. Advanced degree in Business strongly preferred.
- Proven sales/marketing experience and in managing sales and marketing teams
- Significant experience (over 10 years) in the pharmaceutical sector with particular emphasis on chronic therapies.
- Proven past experience in building relationships with senior level government contact/healthcare providers especially on decision based medicine and reimbursement activities.
