Giám Đốc Tài Chính (CFO)

- Working with banks and financial institutions for capital mobilization
- Evaluate company’s fundraising plans and capital structure.
- Oversee operational performance, internal accounts and all budgets and business plans
- Building relationships with strategic investors/external financial Planning financial strategies, implementing budgets / annual plans to maintain competitive advantage and growth
- Collaborate with corporate accountants to build an enterprise management system
- Manage, direct, and control the Group’s financial system by operating activities, ensuring that the Group’s assets are controlled and used appropriately and profitably
- Good cash flow management
- Constructing overall capital plans to ensure the Group’s capital mobilization needs for investment projects
- Developing the financial reporting processes and systems to analyze, control, and ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the reports
- Advising the Board of Directors on financial and capital work
- Analyzing the Group’s financial situation to identify the strengths and weaknesses in the use of the group’s funding
- Negotiating the loan interest rates, forecast exchange rates, to advise the Board Director to optimize financial costs
- Develop long-term, intermediate, and annual financial plans according to the group’s business strategy
- Control capital, analyze financial performance and propose KPIs for financial monitoring

- Salary: $4000- $6000, depends on candidates experiences and qualification

- University graduated in Finance and Accounting major
- At least 5 years in the same position in this industry
- Deep understanding of fundraising, finance, accounting, auditing, taxes, credit banks and financial policies
- Having solid knowledge about corporate law, securities, real estate and related fields
- Have a good relationship with investors and banks
- Computer skills: Software applications in Finance, Accounting
- Responsibility, able to work under pressure and high leadership skills, organization, time management skills
