Mô tả công việc
• Assist Vietnamese employees in Onboarding/Offboarding, contract management, and employee information maintenance.
• Follow up daily needs, record, and coordinate to solve procedural or compliance issues.
• Collaborate with the Sales/Customer Success Manager team to complete service delivery.
• Communicate with government agencies, inquire about information, handle issues, etc.
• Assist the Vietnamese project leader to sort out the service delivery process, optimize document templates, and internal operation SOPs.

Yêu cầu công việc
• 1-3 years of HR experience.
• Fluent in Chinese and Vietnamese (written + spoken), able to communicate with multinational customers (externally) and within the company (internally).
• Good sense of responsibility, communication and coordination skills, and document processing skills
• Proficient in using Office (Word/Excel/PPT) and other tools.
• Multi-tasking and process collaboration experience is preferred.
• Familiar with Vietnam HR/Payroll process and payroll compliance is preferred.
• Candidates with BPO/outsourcing service background are preferred.
