- Preparing job descriptions as requested by the manager, posting jobs and tracking CV sent in via job posting sites and company internal CV management system.
- Evaluating employees performance based on supervisor’s feedback to identify the effectiveness and efficiency of their output.
- Assist in organizing company's parties and events (team building, women day and other celebrations)
- In charging the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
- Performing other admin HR tasks (maintain employee personnel records, contract, NDA,..).
- Ensuring that the office is properly stocked with working equipment and office supplies.
- Other clerical tasks (filing and scanning documents).
