IT Manager

- Get customer’s biz requirement brief
- Develop a master and detail functional system
- Deploy manpower to produce software solutions /system to meet the requirement
- Ensure all products are tested well in all scenarios.
- Oversee all technology operations (e.g. network security) and evaluate them according to established goals
- Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management
- Analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs
- Develop proper software solutions/ system to meet the internal requirement
- Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency
- Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to upper management
- Ensure Security database, web, software, and systems.

- Proven experience as IT director or similar role
- Experience in HR/ Retail related analysis, software development, test, implementation, and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications
- Expert in Coding in ASP.net and PHP language.
- Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks, etc.
- Experience in controlling information technology security
- Timing commitment Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication abilities
- Positive thinking and communication Result orientation attitude.
