IT SPECIALIST tại TP.HCM

- Installation & configuration of a company’s computer hardware, operating system and application: Windows 10, Office 365, CRM, contact system…
- Monitor and maintain a centralized helpdesk ticketing system, involving user support requests
- Maintain the operation and maintenance of all applications installed on desktop/laptop
- Set up new account in VN IT system, working with HQ IT for creating core system account when having new staff onboard.
- Monitoring operating the network performance, the services status running on the server
- Maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and systems: Windows server 2016, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, wireless controller, CCTV, PBX-VoIP…
- Monitor & update IT infrastructure inventory information using asset management software.
- Assist in documenting IT technical instructions, processes and procedures.
- Provide advice and guidance to colleagues regarding technical incidents
- Work closely with other members of the team on IT project.

- Working hour: 8.30 AM - 5.30 PM (Off 2 days/week, unallowed to be off both Saturday and Sunday)
- Working office: Ha Phan Building, No. 17-19 Ton That Tung street, Pham Ngu Lao Ward, District 1, HCMC.

- Total Income: 8.000.000 - 10.000.000/month
- 2-month period of probation, receive 100% salary

- Male/Female in the age from 22 to 30
- Having Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and 1 - 2 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of Window Operating System 10, office 365.
- Experience working in Windows server 2012-2016, specifically with Active Directory, group policy on domain.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, LAN, WAN and basic VoIP concepts
- Experience working in JIRA or another applicable ticketing system.
- Have experience or be familiar with network infrastructure such as switch, router, firewall, wireless controller.
- Hard working, Friendly, Agility, English Skill
