Junior Customer Service

- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Participate and support company event, closely work with other department to brand company.
- Translation if needed.
- Other tasks from Manager, BOD team or HR.

- Salary: $300– $500 (2 months of Probation).
- Annual leave: 12 days/year, excluded official holiday.
- Official working time: 7h30min/day.

- Working time: Officially from Mon – Fri.

- Good at English, fluently is a plus.
- Experienced with any jobs but at least 6 months (Accepted students who are waiting for graduation).
- Honest and careful, good work attitude.
- Have a progressive spirit, eager to learn, positive mindset.
- Under 27 years old (<1996).
