Mô tả công việc

Make container loading plans and book vessels.
Monitor customs declarations and coordinate with the forwarder to complete export shipments.
Create shipments in the ERP system and handle GI/Billing.
Send shipping advice and ASN to customers.
Support the FTA teammate in completing C/O applications.
Prepare sample shipping plans and arrange meetings with other team PICs.
Work with warehouse members regarding loading orders and loading progress.
Perform other tasks assigned by managers.

- Experience in customs is preferential
