- Preparing teasers for target companies, capability profiles, and information memorandum.
- Coordinating to support and respond to queries from investors or target companies.
- Analyzing financial information, information on business activities as guided
- Participating in financial consulting and strategic consulting
- Searching for data about businesses, financial market, industries and other related information
- Preparing documents and minutes of meeting
- Meeting clients, going on on-site visits to study the business
- Other M&A-related works depending on specific contracts and projects

Yêu cầu công việc
A university degree in accounting or related field, and possess a CPA, CFA, ACCA, MBA or other equivalent designation; At least 1-2 years experiences of consulting or financial analyst; Analyzing skill, writing, negotiating, and teamworking skills; Client communications, facilitation of decision making, documentation; Skillful English.
