- Keep current standards and improve the standards
- Responsible to update the company rule which must be followed to local labor law and in accordance with customer labor guidelines
- Responsible for giving the duties of staffs and manage them
- Train and develop internal worker
- Responsible to detect, train and develop to keep the skilled workforce
- Overtime controll follow Nike's standard
- Responsible to organize the workflow and job distribution in departments
