– Receive and check purchasing plan for MRO items from all Teams
– Follow up purchasing order of MRO items
– Make delivery schedule for MRO and non MRO items, check quantity and quality of received items
– Check Moin of purchasing team
– Support Purchasing team tasks (report, data...)
– Receive and check the correctness and reasonableness of MRO purchasing plan from all Teams
– Corporate with Requesting Team to cross check inventory if neccessary
– Cross check quotation, especially in case of price change
– Track the progress of MRO purchasing order for all Teams
– Corporate with vendors and Requesting team to handle in case problems arise (sample change, unable delivery, defective goods…)
– Coporate with vendors and requesting team to make delivery schedule for MRO and non MRO items
– Check quantity and quality of received items
– Check and approve Moin of purchasing team, inform the requesting team in case of necessary changes and adjustments
– Support tasks of purchasing team: report, data…and other tasks required by manager, team leader.

– Bachelor of Business Administration or related fields or equivalent professional qualification. Not required experience.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Vietnamese and English.
