- At least 3-5 years of experience in HR field, HR Generalist, HRBP of the company with 500 employees and above
- Background in Tech company with international culture and mindset
- Experience in mass recruitment under high pressure (eg: 30-50 people/ month)
- Experience in doing hiring in the Gaming industry
- Experience in building and developing Employer Branding
- Solid understanding of labor legislation
- Be able to work under pressure, willingness to take responsibility
- Be able to work independently as well as teamwork
- Ability to foster healthy employee relations
